Classic Colonial is shown as a 10×20 with cream vinyl siding, white trim, and brown shingles. This building is shown with the following upgrades, large windows with blue shutters, a side porch with an octagon window, rectangle windows in the fiberglass doors, and a cupola with a weather vane.
The Classic Colonial is built with 6′ 6” walls and has a 8/12 roof pitch. The Colonial comes standard with duratemp wood siding, lifetime permatrim, pressure treated floor joists, a set of double doors, two gable vents, and colors to choose from. We also give you the option of upgrading to a vinyl exterior and to add windows, a side porch which also gives you a loft, and a cupola, along with many other upgrades.
