The New England Chalet is shown as a 10×14 with clay vinyl siding, tan trim, red doors and shutters, and weathered gray shingles. This building is shown with the following upgrades, a single door upgraded to a fiberglass door with an arched window, an octagon, and an additional double door.
The New England Chalet is built with 6′ 6” walls and a 8/12 pitch roof with a dormer. The New England Chalet comes standard with a single New England door with a transom window on the front wall and two extra large windows and shutters, wide wood trim, larger roof over hangs, arched vents, wood corners, large decorative hinges, pressure treated floor joists, and colors to choose from. We also give you the option of upgrading to a vinyl exterior, adding windows, a cupola, or a ramp, along with many other upgrades.
