The New England Colonial is built with 6′ 6” walls and a 8/12 pitch roof. The New England Colonial comes standard with double doors with transom windows, wide wood trim, larger roof over hangs, arched vents, wood corners, large decorative hinges, pressure treated floor joists, and colors to choose from. The Colonial design gives you the option of moving the double doors to any of the four walls. We also give you the option of upgrading to a vinyl exterior, adding windows, a cupola, or a ramp, along with many other upgrades.
